Love, Joy, Peace...
We all know the difference between talk and power.
- N.T. Wright
Hi Church Family!
For this week's Sunday service, we are continuing our sermon series - "An Empowered Church: A Study of 1 Corinthians." Pastor Jedidiah will be preaching on "Authority and Power."

Early risers are welcome at 9:30am for a coffee and fellowship time in room 14 or the chapel.

Keenager Choir Annual Spring Concert - June 8 @ 3pm
Featuring songs and readings by variety of singing groups. This is a fundraiser for Inner City Youth Alive at Braeside EM Church.

Are you graduating?
Have you graduated this year from high school or post secondary institution? Please let the office know as soon as possible. We are planning a celebration during the service on Sunday June 29.

Sponsors wanted!
Ross and his daughter Brianne Bursey are golfing in an upcoming tournament for YFC Carmen. If you are willing to sponsor them please talk to Ross. (He is the one who brings eggs.)

IMPORTANT UPDATE - EXCITING CHANGES ARE CONTINUING :-)

Due to our foyer renovations most of the foyer will be blocked off, so everyone is strongly encouraged to use our south doors for entry / exit. You can hang your jackets in the hallway with the mailboxes, or use the racks downstairs.

If you have mobility issues you are still welcome to use the main doors.

Since there is worship practice and prayer happening in the sanctuary until 9:45am, the doors to the sanctuary will remain closed until then. We kindly ask that movement through the sanctuary be kept to a minimum until 9:45am.

Praise Wall
Our foyer is being renovated because of ceiling damage, and it's the perfect opportunity to continue updating this area into an even more relational space! Once the old tiles came down, many decisions had to be made based on what was found under them, and much work still has to be done.

While that ongoing work happens, we have a temporary praise wall up, where anyone can write down praise items and hang them up! We hope you will check it out and be encouraged by what others have shared.
Looking Forward... to picnics!
Everyone is invited to our church family picnics this summer! They will be right after our church service on Sundays. Please bring food for your family plus some to share with others. Also bring chairs. The site we have reserved has a shelter and fields nearby for some games.
