Seniors Exercise Class

Sept 9 2025 to April 21 2026 The classes run mid Sept to mid Dec, then mid Jan to end of April. The exercises are as follows: Warm up, cardio, cool down, bands and weights, cool down. Participants can do the exercises sitting or standing - there is a chair beside everyone. Everyone is invited to work at their own pace. The class is 1 hour with a bit of break after cardio and it runs from 2pm - 3pm. If you have any additional questions you can call the instructor Barb at 204.806.2603.
